A quotation you like…

Peace: It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart. (unknown)

Why do you run?

It is a way to relieve stress and be active at the same time.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Seeing a friend who had struggled with a number of life circumstances cross the finish line with a Boston Qualifying time.

Why do you pace?

It is a way to experience the love of running with others who want to achieve personal goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

It is all about seeing people succeed in their endeavors of running with purpose.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I am high energy, jovial, and like to laugh. Making conversation is just one of the ways time will be spent together.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

You stay with me and I will do my best to see you meet your goal.
