Why do you run? |
To stay in shape, for competition, and to enjoy nature. |

Describe your best marathon memory. |
Crossing the walking bridge into Chattanooga, realizing I was about to complete my first marathon, and finding the energy to spring to the finish line. |

Why do you pace? |
I just enjoy running, and being able to help other runners reach their goals is an added bonus. |

Tell us your best pacing experience. |
Having a runner came up to me immediately following a race and said, “You never saw me, but I wouldn’t have finished this race without you.” |

Why should someone run in your pace group? |
If they want to have an enjoyable run, and know they will meet or exceed their goal finish time. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group? |
We will run even splits. Slower up the hills and faster coming down. I enjoying chatting with runners, or if need be, we can focus in and enjoy the sound the sound of feet on the pavement. |

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
Enjoy volunteering at our church, working with the youth. Also, volunteer as a football assistant at my alma mater high school in White House. |
