A quotation you like… ‘ Happiness is a choice, not a result. Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy. No person will make you until you choose to be happy. Your happiness will not come to you. It can only come from within you.

Why do you run? to be healthy, physically and mentally

Describe your best marathon memory. When I ran the Berlin marathon, the last race of my six majors, a lot of runners came to cheer me up during the race.

Why do you pace? to help other runners to achieve their goals.

Tell us your best pacing experience. I paced panama city beach marathon on 12/2/2023. There were thunderstorms before the race and I almost gave up. But all other pacers were determined to run. It turns out to be the best experience for me to run in the rain. We encouraged each other while we ran together.

Why should someone run in your pace group? Every runner has a goal to finish at a certain time, Sub4 is one of the most common one.

Any tips for runners about to join your group? run at my pace and push themselves at last to finish within 4 hours

Anything else you’d like to share?

What philanthropic activities do you have? I run races through charity and raise money for them.
