Balance work and life, relieve stress and me time but most importantly…I love how I feel after a good run

The masses of people cheering me on. When I was getting tired and wanted to stop the crowd made my first Boston marathon amazing and I will never forget


Why do you pace?

Great way to help others achieve goals. I love to motivate and inspire others to reach goals


Tell us your best pacing experience.

I had a first time half marathoner stick with me from the start to the finish. Her goal was to break a 2 hour half marathon
