A quotation you like… |
“And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us” |
Why do you run?
I run for me. I am not out there to be the fastest but to be pleased with my performance and helping others. I find running therapeutic and use the time to think. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
I received a phone call when I was at mile 22, and I picked up the phone and had a conversation about whether I needed the vacuum cleaner that someone just found at the garage sale or not. . . |
Why do you pace?
I love to see the joy of running in others, to be there to help them reach their goals, and to encourage everyone along the way. |

I paced one year with Luke Carl – he and I both brought the 2:15 pace group in right on time and in perfect “Rocker” fashion (long hair and wild pants) |
