Why should someone run in your pace group?
Strength in numbers. Shared success. Shared pain. What’s more you’ll get to hear my funny accent! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Be patient, 26.2 is a long way. Let the group take the pressure off. If it feels like you’re going too slow you’re probably with the right group. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
If you find yourself off the back of the group, don’t panic. We all have a bad patch. If things improve work your way back slowly.
