Why should someone run in your pace group?


The runner will definitely reach their goal objective and have fun doing so.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


As long as they can see my stick they will reach their goals if they don’t go out too fast.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I am a Rotarian. I also volunteer at the food pantry at my local church.
