Why do you run?

Running brings me peace.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Running Sky To Summit 50k, by 15 miles in I had taken a good fall down the mountain trail, gone through multiple water crossings with the air temp sub 30. I was wanting to DNF at the aid station but fought through it. I ran a terrible time but I was so happy to finish when I wanted so badly to quit.

Why do you pace?

I like to meet people and help them meet their goals.

Naples Half Marathon, I had a large group of people that I was able to chat with and help motivate through the run. After the finish quite a few runners thanked me for helping them at points during the run.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I consider running a group activity, I love being friendly and chatting if people want to. I like to push people to do their best.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Keep hydrated and enjoy the run.
