Why should someone run in your pace group?


I’m going to help them reach their  goal time in 26.2 miles.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Runners need to remember to pace themselves in the beginning to finish strong at the end.Don’t wanna burn themselves out too quickly outta the start

Anything else you’d like to share?

As the pacesetter it is my responsibility to pace the group and reassured when time of the marathon gets challenging and self doubting.
