A quotation you like… |
The faster you run, the faster you're done and If you're not sure whether you are running or jogging, GO FASTER.

Why do you run?
It's a PASSION and it's cheaper than therapy. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
I've had something memorable occur at each one. Yet, my " Boston Shoe" story is the best. You guessed it, I had to buy a brand new pair of shoes the day before and run the marathon in them. Managed to run 3:13, but I don't recommend this kind of racing strategy. |
Why do you pace?
Because I've always had such great experiences with pace groups, I want to return the favor. It's such a great feeling being around people who "get it" and derive the same satisfaction and rewards from running that I do. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
2010 Detroit Freep - Pacing my 18yr. old daughter Samantha in her first marathon. She needed a 3:40 to qualify for Boston. We ran ahead of the 3:35 pace group the whole way and finished with a 3:34. It was PRICELESS. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
The awesome feeling of accomplishment when you finish a marathon never gets old. Whether it's your first or whatever number, I will get you to the finish line on TIME. I guarantee I will be just as motivated and excited for you as I was for Sam. |
