To clear my head, for ‘me’ time away from TV and phones.

I enjoy encouraging others and it makes me accountable to not let anyone down.

Thunder Road Charlotte is our local marathon and it’s fun to run through the neighborhoods I’ve trained in.



Why should someone run in your pace group?


I’m enthusiastic and like to make people laugh. I’ll take your mind off the race.



Any tips for runners about to join your group?


You got yourself to the start line, the rest will fall into place, take in stride.




What philanthropic activities do you have?

Helping students/athletes  in many ways in and out of school.
