Why should someone run in your pace group?


I will keep you going. I am an energetic, positive but realistic person that will get you to the finish. I will keep you engaged and entertained.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Enjoy the run and trust your pacer. 

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Volunteer with Atlanta Track Club –Run Lead for training groups, pacing team, oversee the number/packet pick up for  all of their big race events (Peachtree Road Race, 10 Miler, Atlanta Half Marathon and recently acquired GA Publix Marathon)
