I came across a runner at mile 11 that decided she couldn’t do it and was going to drop out of the race. I convinced her to hang out with me for a few miles and before she knew it she had just completed her first marathon. 

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I will motivate you to hit your goal and will help make the miles fly by..
