Why do you run? |
I run because it is part of my daily routine. I don’t feel complete without it. I don’t need it to survive but it makes life fuller. |
|
Describe your best marathon memory. |
During the 2010 Marshall Marathon, I realized that I was at 20 miles faster than I ever had been before and I was only getting faster. It was the first time I raced the marathon. |
|
Why do you pace? |
I pace to learn from others as well as share whatever wisdom I’ve gained since I started running. It’s a way of giving back to fellow runners. Plus, I want people achieve their goals. |

Anything else you’d like to share? |
