Why do you run?


To stay healthy and fit and make friends and memories all around the world

Describe your best marathon memory.


It was a 50 k run where I could keep up my speed until the finish line. After that line I couldn’t walk any more,

Why should someone run in your pace group?


I can run on a flat schedule and motivate the runners in my group to continue. I can speak English, German and Dutch and a little bit Spanish

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Talk a little bit about your goal with other runners in the group and make it a goal for the whole group!

Anything else you’d like to share?

I’m a running trainer for 25 years, at the moment just for recreational runners bur in the past I had a Youth group at national level


What philanthropic activities do you have?

I am in the staff off several running events.
