|
Why do you run? |
I run to keep healthy, to keep sane. Running is a very measurable hobby – I love
the accomplishment. |
|
Describe your best
marathon memory. |
Giving up on my Boston qualifying attempt with ½ mile to go, and
still making it. Legs > mind! |
|
Why do you pace? |
Pacing is everything – I absolutely love it. |
|
Tell us your best
pacing experience. |
Worst and best pacing experience at the same time. I broke my big toe the day before a pacing
event and broke down completely. On
race day, I sucked it up and ran a very consistent race finishing bang on my
pace time. Thanks again Jim for the support. |
|
Why should someone run
in your pace group? |
I take pacing very seriously.
If you’re running with me, you expect even splits, even pace, and I’ll
work very hard to make sure you get what you came for. I’m here to get the job done. Fun will come naturally. |

Any tips for runners
about to join your group? |
Drink plenty of water in the days before the race. Go to bed early and get a good sleep. Bring disposable clothing to wear before
the race. Above all, stay relaxed and
have a good time! |
