Why do you run?


Running provides the means for me to clear my mind and focus.  I often find that running helps me solve issues at work and home.  I also run with a great group of friends!

Describe your best marathon memory.


Crossing the finish line of the 2007 Philadelphia Marathon as I qualified for Boston. 

Why do you pace?


I enjoy the opportunity to help fellow runners meet and exceed their goals.



Why should someone run in your pace group?


My friends and training partners don’t second guess my ability to run consistent even splits.

Every race is different, I can share my experiences to assist you meet your goals.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Stay relaxed and don’t worry!  Don’t make any last minute changes from your training plan.
