Why do you run?


I feel so alive when I run! It gives me such joy and everything becomes “right”!

Describe your best marathon memory.


I love the feeling, during a race, when you feel like you are flying! Nothing hurts, although something probably should, and then you realize you will hit your goal time! Whoop! There is not a feeling like it!

Why do you pace?


I have used pace leaders in the past and have been led along to some great times!

I love helping others achieve their goals in running a race - I believe they can do it and so many times, when the race gets hard, you just need someone who knows YOU CAN DO IT!

Why should someone run in your pace group?


We will “smile every mile” and have fun, as much as we can, while achieving or surpassing your goals!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Visualize yourself during the race feeling great - at different mile markers! Believe in yourself and your training! Now is not the time to doubt! You can do it!

What philanthropic activities do you have?

Supporting our local church with their many outreaches, locally and globally. We also support a maternity center in Haiti, that I visited in 2015.
