Why do you run?


I started running because I was 50 pounds overweight. I fell in love with it. It’s my social time and my stress reliever.

Describe your best marathon memory.


Running Marathon Bahamas with my boyfriend, two of my closest training partners, and my sister. The views were amazing. The cheer stations on course were so much fun (Bahamians know how to party)!!

Why do you pace?


I love helping others reach their goal. I love giving back to the running community. Being able to run and volunteer at the same time is the best!

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Because I want to see YOU succeed! Set your mind to it, run happy, and go for it!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Don’t overthink it. Let me do the thinking (about pace) for you. You just have to run.
