Describe your best marathon memory.
Crossing the line in Dallas 2010. I was aiming for planning for a 3.10 but felt strong and ran a 3.03. I qualified for Boston. I also ran even splits of 1.31.30. The perfect race. If only all marathons were like that! |
Why do you pace?
To give something back to the running community. I used pacers to get me through my first marathon and it was a great help. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?
I think pace groups help any runner who is either attempting the distance for the first time or who is looking for a PR. My goal is to help you achieve your potential. I do my best to run even splits and I am happy to chat with those who like a conversation early on in the race. |

Any tips for runners about to join your group?
The hard work and training is done by now so just go out, have fun and enjoy the day. Remember to stay hydrated and fuel up early in the race you will be thankful for it during the last 6 miles |
