A quotation you like… |
Many things are believed they can’t be done… until they are. Keep pushing, continue pursuing… never give up!
Why do you run?
It brings out the best version of myself – gives space for creative thinking, reminds me I’m alive, and allows my feet to wander and experience new places. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
All of them have a special + unique place in my heart and mind. |
Why do you pace?
I love helping people crush their goals. My favorite is when I tell someone to “come with me” and they thank me after for the nudge. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
San Antonio in April 2021 – I helped 3 people reach their PRs… two of them I told to go ahead of me as they were rocking it! |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
If they want to push themselves and have fun doing it! I like to recap stories and psychological studies on the mind while running and get to know those who are running with me. Before they know it, the race will be over, and they’ll have reached their goal! |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Your mind often thinks your body is tired before your muscles actually are… dig down deep and keep going! |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
I’m an energetic individual with a gregarious laugh! I believe life is for the living and each breath I take while running reminds me I’m alive… and not to waste the moment or this life I’ve been blessed with!

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I am active in my church – in addition to being a member of the prayer Team and leading a small group, I wanted to learn something new, so I recently joined the production Team. I am dedicated to continuous growth and improvement!
