Because I love to and it helps that it’s healthy for me 

 

Why do you pace?

 

I’ve been lucky enough to achieve most goals I set for myself. Now I want to give back to the running community and help others achieve what they set out to do.

 



 

Why should someone run in your pace group?

 

You’ve put the long, hard miles into your training. If your goal is my pace group, let me carry you through the pace without thinking. Enjoy your hard work and enjoy your race!
