This might actually be my first trail marathon. I ran with a couple friends, and we had the best time ever. But more than that (as that’s typical for me), this was my introduction to trail running, and so I will never forget it. |

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Running with a pace group takes the pacing burden off the individual runner. It also forms a cluster of great conversation. |
