At the
Australian Running Festival in Canberra I reached the finish line only three
seconds off my pace time

Why
should someone run in your pace group?
|
It is a
great opportunity to reach a new PR and to enjoy the experience. If you have run a 4 hour marathon this is
your chance to move down into the 3 hour times.

Any tips
for runners about to join your group?
|
Relax,
the hard work is done and you are now able to let your legs and lungs do the
work.

Running
is as much a mental challenge as physical, prove you can get through the
mental challenges
|
What
philanthropic activities do you have?
|
I raise
money while running. I have helped
fundraise thousands of dollars for Aktiv Against Cancer as well as other
charities supporting cancer treatment and suicide prevention.
