Why do you run?

Describe your best marathon memory.


Proposing to my wife at the finish fine of the Twin Cities Marathon in 2004…she said yes!


Why do you pace?


I still can’t describe the feeling I get when I pace an athlete/group and they run a Boston qualifying time…it’s an incredible experience!


Tell us your best pacing experience.


I paced at the RNR AZ Marathon in January of 2009…beautiful day, beautiful course…everyone ran FANTASTIC…an experience I’ll never forget!


Why should someone run in your pace group?


Running with my pace group, you are guaranteed to have a great time, and to hit your splits right-on. I am a talker and very encouraging…let me help you run that new PR!


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Come prepared physically AND mentally to compete…visualize yourself running well, setting a new PR and/or qualifying for Boston!
