Why do you run?
Runners a bunch of positive people, surrounded by them make me happy. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
The Athens marathon finishes inside the magnificent Panathenaic Stadium, the birthplace of the modern Olympic Games, When I ran into the stadium, I felt like an Olympian and a warrior. |
Why do you pace?
Help other to achieve their dreams |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
In one of the marathon that I paced, I had five runners achieved their goal time, finishing under 4 hours (three of them ran their first marathon). |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
Because I am not just a time keeper, I am your helper. I will keep my group informed on how we do on pace time, upcoming course situation (hills, bridges and turns), hydration stations, and remind them to relax and enjoy and smile to the camera.. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Don't go out too fast, save the energy for the second half. If my pace time is your goal time, stay with me until mile 23. If you still feel good after mile 23, pass me and it will make me happier. |
