I love to encourage others to their goal of finishing their first marathon or hitting their goal time.

Paced at CIM several times form the 4:15 to 5:00 groups.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Please know that I will run evern split miles.  If you need to stop for aid or the bathroom please catch up slowly so you can stay on pace.
