Why do you pace?


It’s great to try all the different aspects of running. I actually found out about this 13 days before and like to be spontaneous.

Tell us your best pacing experience.


When I paced my first marathon, it was a great adventure. It was much more relaxed than other races, because my mind was on hitting a PR, but rather helping others achieve their own goals.

Why should someone run in your pace group?


Most likely I’ll be pacing the time that is their goal.


Any tips for runners about to join your group?


Relax. Don’t stress. Leave the driving to me.

Anything else you’d like to share?

Hydrate as often as possible. Never be thirsty. I usually recommend trying to hydrate every mile if possible.
