Why do you run?

Away from my phone, people and life.

Describe your best marathon memory.

Bucks county PA marathon negative split. Was shooting for 3:10. I was able to execute on all nutrition and hydration just like in practice. Nailed the last 10k and ran high 6’s the last 5k. My family surprised me at the finish line. They told me they weren’t coming.

Why do you pace?

Princeton Half marathon every year I have a person PR. 2022 I had a woman PR but 2 minutes. She stayed with me all morning and listened to every word I said. I’ve had a lot of those experiences though.

Why should someone run in your pace group?

Positive vibes only. I’m constantly talking and giving feed back as the miles click by.

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Practice your race day nutrition before race day. Practice hydrating during tempo sessions so your gut gets used to sustaining fluids at a higher HR.

Anything else you’d like to share?

I volunteer at the Montgomery food pantry a few times a month.

What philanthropic activities do you have?

I volunteer coach for both of my daughters lacrosse winter and spring high school team. I also have the team out for weekly practice sessions at no costs.
