A quotation you like… |
If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
Why do you run?
Running makes me feel free and gives me a connection to the natural world. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
Racing to the finish line for a new PR in the 2019 Pittsburgh Marathon. |
Why do you pace?
I pace because I want to help others achieve their goals. I have run with a pacer in all of my 9 marathons. A pacer can motivate, encourage, and most of all give other racers peace of mind about where they are at in relation to their race day goals. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
My best pacing experience was pacing a friend to help her meet her goal in the Akron marathon. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
Runners should choose my pace group if they want an experienced consistent runner who will maintain an accurate pace. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Don’t do anything new on race day. Start slow and aim to negative split. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
Enjoy the race!

What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I coach youth soccer and volunteer with the PTA at my children’s school.
