A quotation you like…

“you cant have No in your heart”

Why do you run?

I run to stay healthy, as a stress reliever, and because I love competition

Describe your best marathon memory.

The finish line of the Boston Marathon 2014. Unless you were there I cant describe the level of Pride, determination, will power,  and enthusiasm that the City of Boston displayed during that race!

Why do you pace?

I get more enjoyment out of watching other runners accomplish their goals then I do when I accomplish one of my own.

Tell us your best pacing experience.

Cleveland in the Spring. I got to run with a veteran of the armed forces, and paced him to the finish line of his first marathon. (3:30)

Why should someone run in your pace group?

I would recommend that anyone that wants to have a great race with even splits should join my group as we will finish exactly on time!

Any tips for runners about to join your group?

Preparation! Make sure you come to the starting line rested and well fueled. Nothing new on race day! With the exception of running a new PR of course.
