A quotation you like… |
“Obsessed is just a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated."
Why do you run?
I run because it lets me get out of my head and forget the stresses of the day and cause it’s fun. |
Describe your best marathon memory.
My best memory was actually at my first half-marathon after I started training on my running. I had a goal in mind and without a GPS watch or any gizmo whatsoever I surpassed it by about 20mintes. |
Why do you pace?
I believe pacing is a great way to help others achieve their goals and keep them motivated for upwards of 3-4 hours. |
Tell us your best pacing experience.
I’ve paced friends and there’s nothing like the smiles on their faces when they’ve realized what they have just accomplished. |
Why should someone run in your pace group?
I can be very supportive and encourage you throughout your journey. The hard part is done; you’ve trained for this and made it to the start line. |
Any tips for runners about to join your group?
Make sure to stay hydrated and don’t skip any aid stations no matter how good you might think you feel. |
Anything else you’d like to share? |
As long as I’m doing something active, I’m happy.
What philanthropic activities do you have? |
I’ve volunteered at local road races, an ultramarathon, and an ironman, so far.
